Our Founding Fathers understood this and on that basis, brought to life a nation that would be subject to the will of no one person or persons, but to the law, only.

This principle finds its highest expression in our foundational law: The Constitution of the United States of America.

We at LRI take the Constitution seriously. We believe it means what it says and that its provisions are as binding today as they were in 1787. It is our mission and duty to hold American jurists at every level accountable to that document.
