Alexander is the Founder and President of the Lex Rex Institute and currently spearheads LRI’s involvement in constitutional jurisprudence.
He is experienced in constitutional litigation in federal and state appellate courts at all levels in extensive collaborations with a wide variety of legal and nonprofit organizations, including the Claremont Institute, Michel & Associates PC, Constitutional Counsel Group, the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, Public Interest Legal Foundation, Judicial Watch, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association, and others.
On behalf of the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates, Alexander successfully fought to overturn California’s FACT Act
(NIFLA v. Becerra, 2018). He has also represented amicus curiae in cases before the Supreme Court, ranging from First Amendment defense to the defense of constitutional separation of powers in Gundry v. U.S., 2018. His zealous advocacy has won judgements as high as $8.9 million dollars for his clients. Alexander has worked on a variety of notable election integrity cases, including, most recently, Kari Lake’s challenge to the results of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election and Lacy v. San Francisco, fighting to overturn San Francisco’s law allowing non-citizens to vote in school board elections. Alexander has worked on behalf of such individuals as Alaska State Representative David Eastman, successfully defeating a lawsuit seeking to remove him from office for his political opinions, and entrepreneur Mike Lindell on various matters, including the unlawful seizure of his cell phone. During COVID, Alexander and LRI filed legal demands on behalf of people whose jobs were being threatened unless they received the experimental COVID vaccine – and out of the dozens upon dozens of letters sent, more than 90% kept their jobs. When Los Angeles put forward an unconstitutional requirement that all poll-workers be vaccinated, Alexander and LRI brought suit on behalf of Emily Wolfe, who was denied the chance to work. Furthermore, Alexander is a regular contributor at Newsmax, NTD News, Fox News, and several local radio programs, including a monthly segment on Politics & the Pulpit with Jerry Cook. He is also a regular host of the LRI podcast and YouTube channel, where he engages in thought-provoking discussions on constitutional issues. In his community, Alexander has a proven record in his position as Vice President of Operations for Equitable Transitions, Inc., and as an attorney at the law firm Haberbush, LLP, of helping struggling small and medium sized businesses to remain open and forge paths forward. He is available for legal representation in constitutional matters and speaking engagements on all aspects of the Constitution’s meaning, history, and legal application. Alexander also has a passion for imparting the ideals of constitutional government to our posterity and, to that end, is available for virtual and in-person presentations on the continuing relevance of the Constitution to American public life.

Lane Bogard was raised in Orange County, California but attended college in Indiana. From there she returned to Southern California for law school and graduated magna cum laude of her class at Whittier Law School in 2015. Â Â Â Lane has been practicing law as an associate at Haberbush, LLP in Long Beach, California since 2015. Her practice is focused on bankruptcy, insolvency, and debtor/creditor relationships and litigation. In addition, she is actively involved with the Long Beach legal community. She has been a member of the Ball/Hunt/Schooley American Inn of Court since 2015 and is currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee. In her free time she also enjoys researching and publishing articles on a variety of topics. Â Â Â Lane is currently raising her family in Nashville, Tennessee.

Vanessa M. Haberbush is a Long Beach native and graduated summa cum laude from Biola University. Graduating as valedictorian of her class at Whittier Law School in 2012, Vanessa has been practicing law in Long Beach ever since. Her practice is focused on bankruptcy, insolvency, and debtor/creditor relationships and litigation. She has successfully represented a broad spectrum of debtors and creditors in reorganization and liquidation proceedings, including the successful confirmation of several Chapter 11 plans of reorganization. She also appears before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.    In 2020, Vanessa became a partner of Haberbush, LLP, where she works with her father, David Haberbush. She was also named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.    In addition, she is actively involved with the Long Beach legal community. She has been a member of the Ball/Hunt/Schooley American Inn of Court since 2012 and served in various leadership roles within it throughout her time in the organization. She volunteers her time as a judge of local moot court competitions. She has also served on the LBBA Board of Governors from 2017-2019 and routinely volunteers with the LBBA Legal Clinic. Since 2021, Vanessa has been serving on the board of trustees for St. Mary Medical Foundation, which provides valuable medical services to Long Beach’s diverse community.

For more than 15-years, Deborah Pauly has been a popular speaker and radio show guest known for blunt honesty, speaking the truth boldly and articulating a common-sense approach to current political and public policy issues. Deborah employs humor, godly wisdom and a Conservative-libertarian slant. She is often on the speakers’ circuit offering analysis of statewide ballot propositions.    She is a founding board member and current President of the Conservative Patriots of Orange County (CPOC), an autonomous, non-partisan 527 Political Not-for-Profit dedicated to individual liberty, limited government, local control, sound fiscal policy and free enterprise. CPOC is open to a broad spectrum of political persuasions.    Deborah served two four-year terms as an elected council member for the City of Villa Park, providing oversight and setting policy that led to greater fiscal stability for that municipality. During her tenure, she was chairwoman of the Towne Center Improvement Committee leading a dying center to greater economic freedom and growth. Her work to relieve local businesses of regulatory constraints resulted in a vibrant revival of the city’s only commercial zone.    Ms. Pauly received the 2009 Woman of the Year Award for the 60th Assembly District. The California Legislative Women’s Caucus sponsors the annual recognition ceremony in the Capitol each March as part of Women’s History Month. It is a rare distinction to be honored once, but Deborah was also named Woman of the Year in 2003. She served as the Principal Controlling Officer of the “Stop the Rip-Off! campaign committee and was the campaign lead defeating three attempted property tax increases. She was lead organizer and hostess of The OC DeploraBall: The Trump Inaugural Celebration in Orange County, California on January 20, 2017.    Since 2013, Deborah has served on the National Council of the John Birch Society (JBS), where her responsibilities include input toward strategic decisions. JBS’s primary mission is spreading the message that with less government, more personal responsibility and God’s help, we can live in a better world. She serves on the advisory committee of JBS’s Law Enforcement Charitable Foundation that provides support to families of fallen law enforcement officers. Deborah was sole proprietor of dp public relations, Washington D.C., and Executive Director, National Logistics Officer Association. She is also a graduate of the Defense Information School and was honorably discharged after serving active duty as a non-commissioned officer, Public Affairs Specialist, in the United States Air Force.
