Prop 50 Ballot Challenge
Those who value and have been fighting to restore election integrity have an immediate problem with transparent envelopes being used for mail-in ballots in California’s November 4 special election.
The Lex Rex Institute (LRI) will challenge these flawed envelopes by asking the federal courts to enjoin counting mail-in ballots, which might invalidate the entire Prop 50 election.
LRI, a 501(c)3) non-profit, urgently needs your help and is seeking donations to fund this effort.
LRI is also including in the challenge Sacramento County’s flawed mail-in ballot envelopes, which literally have punch holes exposing the vote cast without ever opening the envelope.
We need your help!
